05 Shimla to Narkanda 4 hrs safari drive
Morning we depart Shimla for our onwards journey Narkanda
at a Glance Situated at an altitude of 2708 meters
on the Hindustan Tibet road (NH-22), Narkanda offers a
spectacular view of snow ranges. This is an ideal
retreat for the tourists who seek only seclusion in mountains. It
commands an unique view of the eternal snow line the fertile
potato growing area and desire forests. Visit
HATU PEAK (3300m): 8 kms
rough Jeepable road from Narkanda, the Jeepable road is
surrounded by pine and spruce trees. On the top
of the hill, ancient Hatu Mata temple is located.
The peak offers spectacular views of the entire Himalayan
Range snow clad mountains and in the depths are the dense

06 Thanedar (1830m) Sightseeing tour (Walking
Trail through Apple Orchards and an encounter with Himalayan
Village life Himachal’s Horticultural heartland
and famous for apple orchards. Stocks Farm is located
here. Stocks came to India on a trip and while on
a summer visit to Shimla, fell in love with its environments,
which included the charming hill folk and settle down
in Kotgarh, and started the apple farm which soon renown
with its Red Delicious, Golden Delicious and Royal Delicious,
apples
We also Visit the beautiful ancient Church and KUMARSAIN
(1250m): Raja's Palace is still exists in Kumarsain
village mostly in ruins.

07 We proceed on the Himalayan Jeep Safari to Shoja via
the Himalayan Jalori Pass
Cross the Jalori Pass in Seraj Valley
the experience of the Himalayan Jeep Safari, Jalori pass
at over 3100 Mt is not the highest but will surely thrill
you with an exhilarating experience.
We will halt at Jalor Jot from where we shall do a long
country side walk to see Serolsar Lake Walk to Serolsar
Lake
The most beautiful walk, going through thick jungles,
sound of dead leaves crushing beneath your steps, narrow
lanes, leading to the Serolsar Lake, a very quiet, soulful,
beautiful place. 10 km trekking (people who don’t
want to Trek can relax in the Chai shop and enjoy the
beauty) The Trek is really worth it. lots of greenery

08 Shoja and Banjar Valley Sightseeing Tour Shoja at a
Glance the thick Silver Oak forest along the
road is full of Blue Iris Shoja,
a small village at an altitude of over 8000 feet. The
access to Shoja winds through thick forests, alpine trees
which provide an untouched habitat. We do a sightseeing
tour of the Banjar and Tirthan Valley.

11 Journey to the Trans Himalaya 5 to
6 Hrs drive
Depart Manali early in the morning our first halt is Marhi
A barren landscape offering extensive views of the valley
and the mountains. We proceed to Rohtang Pass 3790 M is
most popular with visitors, being one of the highest road
point and gateway to LAHAUL and SPITI valleys. Pass remains
closed during winter due to heavy snow from November end
to May end. Visitors can drive upto MARHI below ROHTANG
with similar high altitude topography, forest of Birch,
Fir and Spurce. Once we cross the Rohtang Pass border
we are in the Barren Himalayas with the landscape completely
changing Khoksar is the first village and gate way to
Lahaul. We enter the The valley of Lahoul is situated
to the south of Ladakh. For this very reason this place
derived its name “Lho-Yul” meaning "Southern
Country". From Lahaul Spiti Valley to its south is
situated the beautiful valley of Kullu across the Rohtang
Pass (3195Mtrs) which we have already crossed and the
Bara Bangahal (Kangra) across the “Asakh”
pass (5051Mtrs) .To its north situated the valleys of
Zanskar and Ladakh across Shingola (5090 Mtrs) and Baralacha
la (5450 Mtrs) respectively. Its eastern and south eastern
boundaries coincide with those of Spiti and Western Tibet
across the Kunzom Pass (4500 Mtrs). Arrive the Camp are

12 Chattru or Chotta Dara Camp to Kaza (5 to 6 Hrs drive):
Travel by jeep from camp to Batal to Kaza by
jeep over the Kunzam Pass (4558 m). Batal is situated
at the foot of Kunzum pass, which provides the main approach
to Spiti from Lahaul. The panorama as viewed from the
top of the pass is enthralling and inspiring. On the way
is Bara Shigri glaciers. Bara meaning big and Shigri meaning
glacier in Lahauli dialect. The view of the Shigri Stream
emerging from beneath a huge iridescent archway of solid
ice is a never-to be forgotten sight. Behind the archway
lies the Shigri glacier climbing up to dizzy height. The
glacier is mountainous mass of solid ice, more than a
kilometer wide and extending over a distance of ten kilometers.
Nice view and experience of speeding wind. KUNZUM PASS
provides chief access to Lahaul valley by the great Kunzum
range. The lofty Shigri Glacier is seen in front in all
its grandeur. The crest of the pass has been marked by
a chorten of stones erected ages ago. The Panorama as
viewed from the top of the Pass is enthralling and inspiring.
There is a temple dedicated to Kali, known as Kunzum Devi.
Rahul was the son of Buddha and the name Lahaul is drived

13 KI KIBBER Excursion Tours:
Morning visit the Ki monastery, 12 kms from Kaza. These
centuries – old gompa is a labyrinth of rooms and
corridors. It houses valuable thangkas and offers a panoramic
view of the area. Also visit the small gompa at Kibber,
9 kms further ahead. Kibber at 4205 m has the distinction
of being the highest permanently inhabited village of
the region. In the afternoon, travel to Tashigong village
to see the Chao Chao Kang Nilda peak. Overnight

at Kotwali Bazaar – it includes a gallery of Kangra’s

visit War Memorial full of landscaped lawns and a web
of narrow paths fill a pine grove. St. Johns Church –
a memorial has been erected over the body of the British
Viceroy, Lord Elgin who died at Dharamshala in 1863. Also
visit Mcleodganj - the residence of His
Holiness Dalai Lama. The Tibetan Government-in-exile has
been here for over three decades Kangra Jain Temple
Kangra, situated in the idyllic surroundings
of Shivlik hills in the present day Himachal Pradesh in
India was not only an important Jain Centre in the olden
days but also an important place of pilgrimage for Jain's
from all over India. This was on account of a legendary
Jain Temple dedicated to Lord Adhinath, the first Jain
